Your road trip does not need an audience.
Use the map. Plan a Rally. Collect checkpoints. Unlock ridiculous achievements. None of that requires a public profile. You decide if your name ever goes on the board.

Play for yourself. It still counts.
Maybe you want a private travel journal. Maybe you enjoy achievements but have no interest in competing. Fine by us. Rally does not hold back features to coax you into sharing.
Build the route you want
Plan one stop, a Nearby Tour, or a Scramble, then send the route to your vehicle.
Keep your own roadbook
Save visits, charging history, Rally and Dash runs, dates, progress, and personal stats.
Get every achievement
Collections, stories, sounds, celebrations, and secret unlocks do not depend on an audience.
What Rally remembers
Progress has to live somewhere.
If Rally forgot everything when you closed the app, it would not be much of a game. We save the specific records needed to keep your roadbook, verify achievements, send destinations, and pick up where you left off.
Signing in with Tesla
Tesla handles the sign-in screen. Rally stores an account identifier and encrypted tokens so you do not have to reconnect every time. We may receive vehicle status and command results. If you import history, Rally saves the session ID, VIN, date, site, charge time, energy, cost when Tesla provides it, and the matched checkpoint. We never receive your Tesla password.
Using your current location
When you allow location, Rally can put your dot on the map, find nearby checkpoints, build a route from where you are, and notice an arrival. Some of those requests include your current coordinates. We do not turn them into a breadcrumb trail or keep a movement history.
Remembering your progress
Captured checkpoints, visit times, available charging energy and cost, achievements, active targets, Rally and Dash results, and waypoint-send counts are the pieces that keep your progress intact and the game fair.
Making Rally better
We record a small set of Achievement-discovery events and ordinary service logs to tell a broken feature from a confusing one. Achievement analytics do not contain your search text, precise location, Tesla credentials, contact email, or vehicle identifiers. Rally has no advertising trackers.

Public means you said yes
The website gets the highlight reel, not the receipts.
A profile appears only after you accept the Leaderboard & Public Profile Terms and opt in. Rally creates a separate public view instead of exposing the private records behind your score.
Changed your mind?
Leave the leaderboards. Your profile goes offline and your name comes out of future standings. Copies already cached or shared elsewhere may stick around.

Location is a feature choice
Location makes Rally more automatic. It is not a loyalty test.
The app asks because maps and locked-phone arrivals need it, not because your everyday route is interesting to us. You can say no and dismiss future reminders.
You see your position, nearby checkpoints, and routes that begin where you are.
Rally can announce an approaching checkpoint, notice an arrival with the phone locked, celebrate it, and keep an active route moving.
You can browse achievements, plan routes, send destinations, import Tesla history, and manage your account. Rally cannot show your current position, suggest what is nearest, or detect an arrival in the background.
Change your mind whenever you like
Nothing here is a forever decision.
Location
Change access in iOS Settings. You can also tell Rally to stop reminding you about locked-phone alerts.
Public profile
Join from Leaderboards when you want to compete. Leave when you do not.
Tesla access
Log out of Rally, or revoke the connection from your Tesla account.
Your account
Delete your Rally account and its active data from Profile.
Privacy should make the game easier to trust
Go collect the map. Keep as much of it to yourself as you like.
Rally was built for the pleasure of a new checkpoint, not to turn every road trip into content.
